Nenagh.ie has also dedicated a post today to our limited theatrical release at the Ormond Cinema.
It means a lot to everyone involved with this production that we can bring the movie back to Nenagh after all the help and support we received from the locals in the town throughout the production.
The venue of the Ormond Cineplex also holds a special place in writer/ director Tom Ryan’s heart as mentioned in this article.
26 year old writer/ director Tom Ryan is thrilled with the news that the film will receive a cinema release in his home town. “Having Trampoline screen at the Ormond means more to me than any film festival. I got my first ever job in that cinema when I was 16, I started off checking tickets and now, ten years later I get to come back with my first feature as a writer – director. It’s an amazing achievement!”
